How It Works
Making a room reservation is simple. Book online using our reservation calendar, call the store, or stop in to check availability.
When you arrive, check in at our front counter to complete your reservation and payment. We’ll provide you with a handy D&D kit stocked with essential game tools to keep the story flowing smoothly — or simply get you set up for work.
Want to make your stay even sweeter? Open a tab for your room at the café, and for every $25 spent, enjoy a $5 discount on your room fee at the end of your session.

Yes. The cost of our private room rentals ranges from $5/hr to $10/hr depending on the room. We also offer some rooms with a per-session cost of either $5 or $10 per session. View the pricing table above or use our booking calendar to see detailed pricing for each room reservation.
What is the process of reserving a table or room?
You can make a room reservation online using our calendar feature. Simply select the room you'd like and view available times and dates. You can also call the store directly or visit us to check same-day availability.
How long is my reservation for?
Reservations are available in 30-minute increments. When you go to book, simply select every 30-minute time increment slot that you need. We have no time limits.
How far in advance can I reserve a room?
Private rooms can be reserved up to one year in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food is allowed, but no outside drinks, please.
Is this a good place to work remotely in Colorado Springs?
