Behind Colorado Springs’ Gaming Coffee Shop

Our Origin Story

Our story began like most: with a cool idea and a taken chance. We asked ourselves: what if Colorado Springs had a space where the energy of a local game store met the comfort of a coffeehouse? What if people could come for coffee and games, stay for the food, and leave with a sense of belonging?

We pulled together our love for tabletop RPGs, our passion for good food and drink, and our desire to build a thriving gaming community — and Dungeons & Javas was born. Over the years, we’ve grown to host dozens of community events every month, serve a full menu of handcrafted drinks and café food, and create a space where people feel comfortable staying for hours at a time.
